BioI am John Glover: actor, lover, humanitarian, eternal villain and Goodwill shopper. Not to be confused with the famous, and dead, Australian painter of the same name. And I'm now very, very old, at least compared to everyone else here, it seems. But they are mostly workmates, so they have to make me welcome. I have worked in theater, television and film for more than 30 years, my God, and have an award or two to my name. My Tony used to be on top of the toilet till Adam - my dear partner of nearly 15 years - threatened to make a sculpture of it. You probably know me best as Michael Rosenbaum's villainous, but extremely handsome, father on Smallville. When not tormenting him, Tom Welling and the rest of the Smallville cast, I pursue as many theatrical opportunities as I can, coach young actors, study acting and campaign for research into Alzheimers Disease.
